Dear Kindergarten Student and Parents, 

Everyone calls me Ms. M., and I am as excited about the coming kindergarten year as you are! I have been teaching a long time, I love teaching kindergarten, and I love children! I know you will just love it here at St. Catherine too! 

I am inviting you to come to school to meet me and to see your classroom anytime between 12:00 and 2:00 on the day before school begins!  I love to give hugs, so be ready to be squeezed! 

Parents, you are invited to Open House (no children allowed) from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on the date emailed to you.  Mr. Lonneman will first welcome you in the gym before you come to the classroom. I will be answering any questions you may have. Please bring the completed questionnaire and all supplies that evening, or at the Kindergarten open house. Please be sure that the items your child will be personally using are labeled. The labeled extra clothes should be in a labeled large baggie. Thank you! 

Also, I would like your child to bring a labeled backpack to school on the first day. It should be large enough to hold a pocket folder, which will be going to and from home every day. 

Included is the questionnaire for my personal use. It will help me to know your child better. Again, please bring this with you at Open House. Thank you!
