Supplies needed for all fourth and fifth graders

3 #2 pencils (at all times)

Ruler (inches and centimeters)

2 packs loose-leaf paper (wide rule) – bring one in August and the other in January.

2 boxes of tissues

2 rolls of paper towels

1 container of Lysol or Clorox wipes

Colored pencils

1 medium size eraser

3 red pens (at all times)

2 highlighters

Crayons

Washable Markers

Zippered pencil case

Glue stick or gel or drip less glue

Scissors

2 folders w/clips, 3 folders (any kind)

Paint shirt

8-12 pocket expandable plastic portfolio 

6 single subject spiral notebooks (no perforated) (no college rule) If possible, get the following colors: 2 yellow (for Religion and Language Arts), 2 red (for Math and Reading), 1 blue (Social Studies), and 1 green (Science). Please write the child’s first and last name and subject on the front cover. Using recycled paper helps our environment.

1 bottle of anti-bacterial Hand Sanitizer – pump bottle

Deck of playing cards for math (4^th. grade only)

1 pack (100 count) 3x5 index cards (5^th. grade only)

1  2 pocket folder with prongs for Music Class

$2.50 in an envelope marked with child's name and class (This will be used to purchase a recorder for Music class.)

Flash drive for computers
