           NOTES:

Mr. Lonneman has decided that ten seventh grade families will help the ten eighth grade families this year.  Next year the remaining twenty families (now in seventh grade) will serve.  Seventh grade families – if you would like to trade from one year to the next, especially if you feel called to chair this event next year, please let me know (mjcdpm@fuse.net or 441-7195).  Please be assured that we intend some of this year’s funds to carry over to next year.  Please notify me if you trade times. We expect one adult and one child to show up at McCrystal Hall at 4:30.  We hope to leave by 6:30, and we should be able to let some people go earlier if most of the work is done. 

Service hours are available for calling to remind those who have ordered when groceries can be picked up.  Call me (mjcdpm@fuse.net or 441-7195). 

Students – you will escort our customers personally through their orders this year.  Dress appropriately and bring your manners with you!
