FROM YOUR HEALTH
MINISTRY February is
heart health month. Many people do not know their blood pressure
"numbers" and many do not want to know. Not knowing, or knowing
high numbers and ignoring them can severely impact your life! Please take
and read the pamphlet "MY BLOOD PRESSURE" at the entrances to church.
Most importantly, come to the usher's room after mass and have your blood
pressure checked. If you don't think this is important, talk with someone
who has heart disease.
