ST. CATHERINE PILGRIMAGE   Join Fr. Stef in making a Lenten Pilgrimage to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in Norwood , Ohio , on Sunday, 29 March.  We will leave at 2:00 p.m. from our parking lot, and return about 5:00 p.m.   We have different pilgrimage activities planned as we tour the center, which was once the major seminary of the archdiocese of Cincinnati .  We ask that you register for this activity so that we know how many buses we need.  Call or stop in the parish office and give your name to Teresa by Monday, 23 March, if possible.  If you have a friends you want to bring along, who are not members of St. Catherine, feel free to invite them also.    

STATIONS OF THE CROSS    Continue your Lenten journey by attending Stations of the Cross every Friday at 7:00 pm .  What a great way to recount Jesus’ journey to Calvary for our salvation.  This is a wonderful opportunity for family prayer during Lent.  

LENTEN SERVICE PROJECT   The grocery bags for the Lenten Project will be available in the back of church. Take a bag, (or two!), fill it with the items on the list, and return it before Good Friday morning. The agencies are very much in need of our help. The bags will be distributed to the local agencies on Good Friday morning.  

HOMILIES ON CD   Fr. Stef’s February homilies are available on CD in the back of church.  

A DOUBLE PORTION      Two dynamic speakers are coming to St. Catherine's church. On Palm Sunday, April 5^th at 7:00 pm , Fr. Mike Comer will present his talk entitled, "Lord, Teach Us To Pray: Jesus' School of Prayer ". On Sunday, May 3^rd at 7:00 pm , Fr. Euteneuer, President of Human Life International(HLI) and an exorcist, will speak on exorcism and the existence of evil and demons. Questions, call Terri 441-3438.  

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED     Looking for a way to spend your summer days?  How about painting the school? Dennis is seeking volunteers over the age of 21 to work between the hours of 6:30am and 2:30pm , Monday - Friday, beginning on June 2^nd and ending when the job is finished or August 15^th - whichever comes first.  Whether you can spare one day a week or five, we could use your help.  What a great outreach opportunity and a way to give your time and talent to the parish.  Please contact Dennis before April 1^st so he can begin his summer maintenance scheduling process. ST. CATHERINE TRAVEL GROUP    is planning a bus trip to New York , Philadelphia and Atlantic City September 19^th - 25^th.   The cost is $559 for 7 days and includes transportation, accommodations, 9 meals, guided tours and tips.  Call 781-3847 or 781-2232 for reservations or questions.  

ST. CATHERINE SIENA CLUB   Due to Easter and First Communion, there will be no April meeting.  The next Siena Club meeting will be held on May 17^th.  Be sure to mark you calendars - we’ll have lots to catch up on!

FISH AND SHRIMP FRY   to be held at St. Joseph Church, 6833 Four Mile Rd., Camp Springs.  Remaining dates are March 27^th & April 3^rd from 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. featuring Mr. Herb’s baked or fried fish, fried catfish, salmon, deep fried shrimp, crab cakes and a Sampler Platter.  Set-ups or sandwiches; eat in or carry out.  For more information, call 635-5652.

ST. PHILIP SCHOOL ’S  SPAGHETTI SUPPER  will be held on Sunday, March 29^th from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria, 1400 Mary Ingles Hwy, Melbourne .  Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children.  All proceeds benefit the Norbert Frilling Scholarship Fund.  Any questions, call 441-3423.

INTERNATIONAL MISSION NEEDS COMBINED COLLECTION   Your gift to this collection will support the work of Catholic agencies that provide emergency relief in times of crisis, assist refugees, feed those prostrate with hunger, offer clothing, shelter, medical care and rest to those in need.  Your gift will bring the hope of Jesus to suffering humanity.  Through your donation, you will give hope to those who remind us that Christ is present in all who suffer and in all who respond compassionately to their needs.

HEALING MASS     Come and experience Jesus’ healing power in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in Norwood on Wednesday, March 25^th.  Rosary begins at 6:30 p.m. and mass is at 7:15 p.m.   There will be exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and prayers for healing will be available after Mass, followed with Benediction.  Please call (513)351-9800 with any questions.

IS YOUR MARRIAGE HURTING IN ANYWAY   Has your marriage grown cold, distant, unloving or uncaring? Then please consider Retrouvaille – a program designed to help heal and renew marriages.  Retrouvaille is for marriages that have lost some of their spark, for marriages having difficulties in communication and even those marriages on the edge of separation or divorce.  The next program begins April 24^th -26^th.  For more information call (513)922-6045 or go to the website at www.retrouvaille.org.  Other weekends and locations are available – call for details.

MARYDALE WOMEN’S RETREAT     Marydale will be hosting another women’s retreat, led by Msgr. Bill Cleves, the weekend of May 22^nd - 24^th.   The cost for this weekend will be $125.00.  A $25.00 deposit in advance is required and the balance is due at check-in on May 22^nd.  This retreat is open to all women in the diocese but with first priority given to those who were on the waiting list for the Feb. 6-8 retreat.  Any questions, please call Deacon Paul Yancey at 371-4224.
