reveal higher rates of suicide, attempted suicide and psychiatric admissions
among women who have had an abortion compared to women who have given birth.

FOLLOW ME A
vocation to the priesthood is an answer to Jesus’ call to participate in His
work. Christ is the one who calls. Our seminarians have courageously responded
to God’s call, but they also need the support and prayers of the people they
hope to serve. It is from within the
Church - the community of hope and faith – that these men find the love,
support, and courage they need to complete their journey and walk totally in the
ways of the Lord. Estimated Diocesan
cost for providing our seminarians with tuition, books, room and board, health
insurance, living allowances and retreats for the coming year will amount to
nearly $700,000. You can help by
making an immediate gift to the Seminarian Education Fund.
Please pray daily for our seminarians and for an increase in vocations to
the priesthood.
