On Wednesday June 6th at 7:00 pm in the Library, a meeting will be held to explain to all nominees the needs and responsibilities of both boards and to discern new members.

FLORENCE FREEDOM NIGHT St. Catherine
Foresters #2514 will attend the Forester night at the Florence Freedom ballpark
on Monday, June 18th 2007. Bus transportation is supplied to
take us to the game from the church parking lot. One dollar hot dogs, soft
drinks and popcorn for Foresters. Admission for adult members will be $5 and
youth members, ages 0-21 free of charge. Please RSVP by May 15th to
Lisa Hans at 441-5430.

Saturday evening and Sunday masses. Before

DPAA PROGRESS 2007 As you may know, as of May 29, 2007, we have officially exceeded our diocesan goal of $56,178. We reached $57,881 with the participation of 240 families. Our parish goal is still $100,000 to help fund some capital repairs on the parish property. So, if you haven’t yet made a pledge, there is still time. Thank you for your support of this parish. We can’t function without you.

ST. CATHERINE SUMMER FESTIVAL Be sure to attend our church festival festivities, beginning with a golf outing Thursday June 7th . An outdoor concert on the evening of Friday, June 8th from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. with the Dan Walsh Band, featuring Jon Guth, Eric Veith, Gary Devoto, Kurt Dupont, and Dan Walsh. The Festival begins Saturday, June 9th after the 4:30 p.m. Mass. The whole community is invited to participate in the games, children’s activities, rides and auctions while enjoying great friends, food and drinks. Invite your family and friends, and don’t miss this weekend of fun-filled family events! If you have any questions regarding the festival, please contact Paige Sutkamp at 513-479-7433.

WALK THE BRIDGE TO LIFE Sunday, June 3rd, from 2:00 p.m.
– 4:00 p.m. Beginning at the
World Peace Bell in Newport, hundreds of participants will converge on the
Purple People Bridge for this peaceful, prayerful presence to advocate for the
sanctity of human life. Please join

is a collaborative event sponsored by the Diocese of Covington, Archdiocese of
Cincinnati and other Greater Cincinnati and N. Kentucky life affirming

MARY DALE SUMMER RETREATS The first retreat will be held June 22nd - 24th. This weekend will provide you an opportunity to immerse yourself in an exploration of the lively, stimulating and sometimes challenging teachings of Fr. Anthony De Mello, S.J. The retreat director will be nationally renowned Retreat Master, Fr. Jim Dolan, S.J. His theme will be "Jesus' Favorite Prayer – Visiting". The program will include meditations, group sharing and free time for rest and relaxation. The suggested offering of $145.00 includes two overnights and 5 meals. There will also be a men’s silent retreat held August 24th – 26th. The retreat director will be Fr. Phillip DeVous. His theme will be “Living in the Light of Christ: The Luminous Mysteries of Salvation”. Check-in begins at 5pm Friday evening and concludes at approximately noon on Sunday. 9TH ANNUAL NORTHERN KY/FT. THOMAS FINE ARTS FESTIVAL A showcase for local and regional artists and musicians.
