has to My Mercy" Jesus spoke these words to St. Faustina and He speaks them
to us today. Join Fr. Stef as he celebrates this rich feast of Divine Mercy at
Divine Mercy parish, Bellevue, this Sunday, April 15th @ 3:00 pm. This newest
feast day of the millenium is geared towards forgiveness and mercy.
TEMPORARY PART-TIME MAINTENANCE

Sally Taylor is on medical leave. Duties will include cleaning the parish
center and church office. Time requirement is about 20 hours per week.

Stef’s homilies from the last 2 Sundays of Lent and Palm Sunday. The CD’s can be picked up in the back of church or in the parish office.
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY Interfaith Hospitality Network needs volunteers for our next rotation at Christ Church on April 23, 24 and 25. The sign-up poster will be at the Rossford Avenue exit of church beginning April 7. VOLUNTEERS Please submit volunteer hours and committee name for March
to Cheri Hunter by email at cheri_hunter2000@yahoo.com,
phone at 781-4507, or leave a note in the box by the parking lot door. If
you have any unreported hours from other months, just submit those with the
March hours. The hours are reported to St. Elizabeth on a quarterly basis
- so you are never too late to report hours. Thanks again for your help in
this matter.
THANK YOU to the
parishioners of St. Catherine for your generous gift of $621.50 to the Women’s
Crisis Center. Your contribution will help the center in its mission to
eradicate domestic violence, rape and sexual abuse and to empower survivors.

SUPPORT FOR OUR TROOPS The 478th Engineering Battalion from Ft. Thomas, as well as a unit from the reserve center in Ashland, will be deployment to Iraq sometime at the end of May. The Family Readiness Group at the Ft. Thomas army reserve center is holding a “Meet and Greet” event for all the soldiers and their families. There are 400 soldiers, including their families, so there could be as many as 1600 people at this event. The Readiness Group is asking all Ft. Thomas churches to help them feed these very deserving soldiers and their families with baked goods. They also need table workers to replenish the baked goods, artists to paint the children’s faces and a clown to entertain them. The event will be held on Saturday, May 5th from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Ft. Thomas Reserve Center. If you can help out by supplying baked goods and/or working, please contact Kelly Lavendar at 441-1114.
Any words of thanks I say to those who made our Holy Week celebrations so beautiful and meaningful would be insufficient, but I say them, nonetheless. I would like to put everyone=s name here, but someone is always left out, so with some exceptions I will make general acknowledgments. Thank you to those who prepared the worship space environment; to the Worship committee; to the servers, extraordinary ministers, lectors and ushers, and Bob Rottgers, who=s work as Master of Ceremonies lightened the work for me; to the music ministry; to those who prepared and tended the Easter fire on Saturday, and to those who worked on the outside environment, especially Stan, who spent quite a bit of time mowing and sweeping and emptying garbage cans to make the place look so good outside; to Jim Cox, who backlit the window on Holy Thursday night. I would like to thank Judy Leick especially; as chair of the Worship committee she oversaw everything. Finally, I would like to thank you, whose prayerful presence made this a lovely Easter. This is a wonderful place to be anytime, but especially during times of prayerful celebration. Fr. Stef
