IN OUR PARISH
As many of you already know, Fr. Vater has decided that he is no longer able to help out here. I, personally, will miss his presence, his advice and his assistance, and I am grateful for all he has done for St Catherine, and I know you all are grateful, too. We wanted to have a little farewell party for Fr. Vater, but he prefers that we do not. If you would like to express your gratitude or some other feeling, please write to him at St Thomas Church. The mailing address is 26 East Villa Place, Ft. Thomas, KY 41075. Fr. Vater has written a little message to you, which will appear in next week's bulletin.
VISIT THE JESSE TREE today and next weekend. For our annual project, we will be providing gifts to those in need in our parish, local community and through the diocesan mission in Vanceburg, Kentucky. Select an ornament tag from the tree, located in the church's prayer/meditation space (former baptistry), and return your gift with ornament tag attached by Sunday, December 16th, 12:30 pm to the Jesse Tree space. Wrap your gift only if indicated on the tag. For those interested in helping but unable to shop, monetary donations will be gladly accepted. Call Tish Gayle (781-4911) with any questions.
